Another effective Prezi to demonstrate your reflections - like the Flickr images to jazz it up a bit, as well. :) Unfortunately, many teachers have difficulty managing email - not sure if that is a problem with the technology or with organization in general. Either way the increased communication requirement in today's world (whether it be in school or work/social/etc) is necessary and to not keep up is detrimental to all involved. Interactive learning definitely triggers engagement, but as you note, it also provides differentiation for various student needs. The more complex game based learning offers a deep and critical look at content with focus on problem solving and communication - so definitely a 21st century skill.
